  • IMEI number, IMSI number, device manufacturer, device model, device identifier, operating system, application platform version, language settings, Wi-Fi information, screen size and resolution, and carrier information.
  • For devices linked to your account on our platforms, we may also collect their MAC address, DID (Device Identifier), network status (IP/network signal), and firmware version.

3. Location Information (Specific Services/Features Only)

This includes:

  • Region and country codes, city codes, mobile network codes, mobile country codes, regional names, time zones, and language settings. This data helps us check inventory availability in your area, calculate distances to service centers, or assist you in quickly selecting your current address when adding or modifying it.

Additionally, we may analyze IP and network signals to ensure optimal network connectivity for your device.

4. Displaying Device Status

We use order-related information (e.g., recipient name, delivery address, phone number) to process purchases and provide after-sales services, including customer support and logistics.
